Returning to a site of inspiration.  Change is happening fast here.  The old is disappearing to be replaced by the new.  Textures and colours, wharfs and walls - all going.

A new journey

I am starting this journey from the firm foundation of a previous piece of work, 365 Hand Held Objects.  This work was made over a single period of 12 months during 2002-3, when I spent time in Wales, England, Scotland, Canada and Australia.   As part of my journeying I collected and recorded objects on a daily basis, creating both a visual diary and a map of my travels.

The work was completed in 2003 and has been exhibited in England, Wales and Canada.
